About Our Fees
To access eCounselling Australias online counselling and coaching services, you do not need a referral. Currently under the Medicare system, a Genral Practiner (GP) Mental Health Plan is not vailed for use with counsellors in Australia.
The fees charged at eCounselling Australia are comparble with the average out of pocket gap fee clients pay for a Clinical Pyschologist. The gap fee is the the difference payable by the you and between what a provider charages and Medicare will cover.

Your Initial Consultaiton
Your first counselling or coaching session is about gathering information, and determine how can we work together.
This session runs for an hour and half (90 mins) and costs $150.00.
All soft copy of marterials are provided in this session and you maybe asked to fill out questionairs or asked family history and other important informaiton about your situation.
Follow Up Consultations
All follow up counselling or coaching sessions are one hour (60mins) long, and inculded all soft copy materials required.
Counselling Sessions Cost: $80.00
(Please Note: Consession rates are avaible upon request for all centrelink pension or health care card holders)
*Extended Counselling Sessions are avaible upon request. They are 90mins and
$120.00.
Coaching Sessions Cost: $110.00
*Extendted Coaching Sessions are avaible upon request. They are 90mins and $150.00.
Couples and Family Counselling
The inital counsultation for both Couples and Family Counselling runs for an hour and half and costs $150.00. All soft copy matrerials will be provided in during this and ongoing counselling sessions.
Consession rates for couples and families are avaible upon request for all centrelink pesion or health car card holders.
After the intial counsuation for either couples or family counselling all sessons are one hour (60mins), and costs $100.
